DESCRIPTIONA common thread is weaved into Madayen’s HQ Office Building, the multilayered social spaces. A unifying 10 meters high commercial podium blends with the sculpted topography of the site, resulting in a fusion between topography and building mass.
TWO TOWERS. two elliptical towers of varying sizes establishing the hierarchy of Madayen and its subsidiaries resting on the podium and providing ample shade for the accessible roof terrace. The long side facing north, maximizing natural light into the offices, and views to the terraced gardens as well as increasing the shade falling on the roof terrace in the morning/afternoon hours of the day.
The oversized patterned skin of varying densities impacts the scale of the building.
